Mike is a seasoned entrepreneur with a remarkable 20+ year track record of success across various consumer finance market verticals. In 2012, as a Co-founder of Vantage Recreational Finance (VRF), Mike set out to improve upon and surpass his previous achievements. Over the past 12 years, his resourcefulness and sharp instincts have steered VRF toward controlled yet consistent growth. This growth has been acknowledged by INC Magazine, which recognized VRF as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US for both 2022 and 2023. Mike's marine journey began in 1996 as a college student and Mastercraft Boat salesperson in Seattle, WA, where he met and sold a new boat to Kim, who has been his wife for 28 years. They are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters and currently call Coral Springs, FL, their home.

From her early roots in RV sales to serving as General Manager for a multi-store RV dealership group, Alice has spent her career mastering operations, F&I, and recreational technology. This 360-degree view gives her a rare, real-world perspective on what it takes to get people moving. As Director of Sales at Vantage Recreational Finance, Alice leverages this deep expertise to deliver the ultimate customer experience. Whether she is partnering with dealerships or helping individual buyers secure financing for a private party purchase, Alice is dedicated to providing unmatched value and making recreational lending seamless for everyone. When she isn't helping clients fund their next big adventure, Alice tries to make her own adventures by traveling, fishing, and RV camping with her family as often as she can.
Emily Byrd is a Venezuelan professional with over 20 years of experience. In the past 8 years, she's discovered her passion for the marine industry's recreational sector and actively pursues deeper knowledge of it. In October 2021, Emily joined Vantage Recreational Finance as its Director of Operations, bringing her holistic operational perspective to manage the company's daily operations. Outside of work, Emily is a world-ranked Masters CrossFit athlete, an avid traveler, having visited over 40 countries, and enjoys boating along with outdoor activities. She's also a dedicated mother, supporting her two active boys in their sporting interests. Emily Byrd's expertise, passion for the marine industry, and dedication to her family make her an invaluable asset to Vantage Recreational Finance.
